Marcia McCree went to law school at George Washington University and interned in New York—first with Judge Ellis of the Southern District and then in the New York Attorney General’s Office. After graduating, she was part of the Finkelstein Thompson team, specializing in anti-trust and consumer protection. She has served as Special Assistant Attorney General with the Commercial Finance Bureau of D.C. and has been in private practice since 2010. Marcia is a member of the D.C. Bar Association (Litigation Section) and the American Bar Association (Real Estate and Law Firm Practice Section). She also volunteers as an Advising Attorney for the D.C. Employment Justice Center and the Co- President of the University of Georgia Alumni Association.
Mr. Ndjatou, a partner at McCree Ndjatou, PLLC, specializes in employment law representing primarily employees as well as small businesses and non-profits. Originally, from Cameroon and raised in New York City, Mr. Ndjatou earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Economics, from Brandeis University. He received his Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law. Mr. Ndjatou is a member of both the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar associations. He is also a member of the bars for the U.S. District Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Ndjatou is involved in several professional and volunteer engagements. He is an Executive Board member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association and Co-Chair of the DC Bar’s Labor & Employment Law Section. He is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Maryland Employment Lawyers Association, and Washington Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Ndjatou serves as a Board Member for Open Arms Housing, Inc.
Elyssa Helene Katz Geschwind
Elyssa Helene Katz Geschwind graduated from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law in May 2014. With a strong educational and professional background in advocacy and policy work, she is keenly interested in better understanding how to combat the inequality that arises in our society and use the justice system to eliminate barriers. Her practice focuses on employment and civil rights law. Elyssa was a 2013 Law and Public Policy Scholar, writing her policy paper on the future of the Fair Housing Act. She has interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the City of Philadelphia, the National Fair Housing Alliance and the Sheller Center for Social Justice. Prior to law school, she worked in a domestic violence and child abuse agency in the Bay Area.
